松浦 善治
大動物獣医師を志して宮崎大学へ。探検部でスキューバと登山に明け暮れるも臨床への違和感を払拭できず挫折。大雪山系への憧憬から北大大学院へ進学し、東京の製薬会社に勤務。国立感染症研究所へ移動後、英国留学を経て、2001年から阪大微研へ。先の見えない不安だらけの道程ですが、志の高い研究者を目指して下さい。道は必ず開けると思います。

中込 咲綾
松浦研・微研で研究支援他諸々を担当しています。研究者が良い研究を遂行できる環境を整える縁の下の力持ちになれればと思います。
田鍬 修平
2008年に松浦先生のラボにて学位取得後、2010年からスタンフォード大学に留学し、フラビウイルスとシャペロンと進化をテーマに研究してきました。2021年より松浦ラボに復帰して、海外で学んだことをさらに昇華させ、還元したいと思っています。

小野 慎子
私は北海道大学農学部で、逆遺伝学的手法を用いてバキュロウイルス増殖過程におけるウイルス遺伝子の機能解析を行っていました。宿主-ウイルス間の相互作用についてより深く研究したいと思い、生まれ育った北海道を離れて松浦研にお世話になっています。現在は新たなHCV感染モデルの確立を目指して研究を行っていますが、ラボの皆さんも優しく、非常に恵まれた環境で研究できることに喜びを感じています。

上村 健太朗
2017年に松浦研にて修士号を取得後、国内製薬企業に入社し、創薬研究に従事。企業在籍中に博士号（薬科学）を取得し、2022年度から松浦研に復帰。 ウイルス学と創薬科学を融合させ、”Pandemic preparedness”や”One Health”等、今後の重要課題の解決につながる研究を展開したいと思っています。
平野 順紀
2015年に修士学生として松浦先生のラボに進学以降、C型肝炎ウイルスに関する研究に携わらせていただきました。2022年から再び、松浦研の恵まれた環境でウイルス学研究に従事する機会をいただき、大変嬉しく思っています。ウイルスの増殖や病態誘導の分子メカニズムを探求していきたいと考えています。
岡田 和真
学位を取得した岐阜大学の人獣共通感染症学研究室では、狂犬病ウイルスの研究に従事していました。その後、大阪健康安全基盤研究所に就職し、公衆衛生の現場にて研究・検査を行っていました。2023年度より松浦研の特任助教としてお世話になることとなりました。いまいちど、研究に真摯に向き合いたいと思います。常に『考える』人でありたいです。

David
David is a pharmacist from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia. He completed his Master of Science and Philosophical Doctorate in Research Institute for Microbial Diseases, Osaka University. Afterward, David received Kishimoto Fellowship and continued his research in SARS-CoV-2 Immunology. His research interests are virus and host factors interaction and virus immunology. Apart from his virus-related daily life, he likes to learn lot of languages, bridge science partnership between countries, and communicate science.
Juan Vicente Bou Prados
Juan Vicente Bou is a biologist interested in virology and evolution. In 2015, he joined the laboratory of professor Rafael Sanjuán at the University of Valencia, where he obtained his PhD, and gained expertise in the field of genetics and viral evolution. Currently, he continues his research career in Matsuura’s Lab investigating the vesicle transmission of flaviviruses.

Jin Zecheng：博士課程3年
I was born and raised in Hangzhou, China, and completed my undergraduate studies at Jiangnan University in Wuxi, China. Under the mentorship of Professor Morihisa Fujita, I conducted research on genetically disrupting multiple α1,2-mannosidases to generate mammalian cells that produce recombinant proteins with high-mannose-type N-glycans. Following my graduation, I became interested in the potential of the CRISPR-Cas9 system for identifying candidate genes related to target proteins. As such, I embarked on a new research project to identify host factors associated with SFTSV infection, using the CRISPR-KO, CRISPRa and CRISPRi systems. I am delighted to have the opportunity to continue my research in the Matsuura laboratory, where I hope to uncover previously unknown receptors for bunyaviruses.
Rahmi Dianty：博士課程3年
Microbiology is one of the most important fields for human health. I studied at the Faculty of Medicine of Tanjungpura University in West Borneo, Indonesia, where my first research project was the discovery of antibiotics from actinomycetes. After graduation, I worked as a general physician inland of Borneo, especially treating patients with infectious diseases. Later I earned a master's degree in clinical medicine and qualified as a specialist in clinical microbiology at Airlangga University and Soetomo Academic Hospital in Surabaya. I had so many questions about infectious diseases in hospitals and communities. It is a great pleasure to be able to study and investigate host-virus interactions in the Matsuura laboratory. I think this is a wonderful moment in my life.
森岡 佑平：博士課程3年
私は兵庫県立大学理学部で酵母を用いたtRNA遺伝子座ごとの発現制御機構の解析を行っていました。以前から、人の病気に関わるウイルスの研究をしてみたいと思っており、現在、松浦研でお世話になっています。ウイルス研究は全くの初めてですが細胞生物学の基礎知識を活かして勉強、実験をコツコツ進めていきたいと思います。
成山 満壽：博士課程1年
中学生の頃に見た映画をきっかけにウイルスに興味を持ち、大学では広く知られているインフルエンザウイルスを阻害するペプチドと宿主免疫応答の関係をテーマに研究していました。ウイルス感染症の病態には宿主との相互作用が深く関わっており、その一端を解き明かすために大学院に進学し、現在松浦研でお世話になっています。 何事にも好奇心を持って、日々精進していきます。
稲葉 ひかる：修士課程2年
私は大学でマウスノロウイルス感染時の細胞内膜構造の変化について研究を進めていました。ウイルスの生活環や宿主との相互作用に興味を持ち、大学院進学を機に松浦研でお世話になっています。毎日様々な事を吸収し、自分の知識や実験技術を向上させていきたいと思っています。
伊田 ちさと：修士課程2年
大学では分子発生工学研究室に所属し、マウス未受精卵におけるヒストン修飾の機能について研究していました。大学院進学を機に以前から興味があったウイルスの研究をしてみたいと思い、松浦研でお世話になっています。ウイルス研究は初めてですが常に向上心を持ち、日々成長できるよう精一杯頑張ります。
Dita Pratama：修士課程2年
I am a pharmacist from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia. Right after I received my license, I worked in a pharmaceutical company for a year before joining Matsuura Lab as a master's student in 2022. I resigned from my previous job and start to study viruses deeply because based on the COVID-19 crisis, pandemic preparedness is essential. Thus, a large number of virologists are needed to improve the world's ability to prevent, detect, and respond to virus outbreaks before they become a pandemic that could affect other aspects.

特任研究員として福原先生の下で研究補助をしています。以前は東京の病院にて管理栄養士として勤務していましたが、大阪への転居をきっかけに以前から興味のあった研究職を探していたところ、ご縁があって松浦研究室にお世話になっています。研究の経験はありませんでしたが、早く一人前にお手伝いできるように頑張りたいと思います。
